I design meaningful learning activities that engage employees and learners in their own development.  My approach fosters group cohesion, with a shared sense of purpose and ownership.  It promotes sustainable performance and innovative practice.
With over 20 years in industry developing employees and learners, I've experienced too many "tick box" - "learning" initiatives that achieve little real impact.  I have designed a more user-friendly and effective alternative; it's time for change.

At present, I am working voluntarily with businesses, training providers, and community groups.  If you would like me to work with you on a voluntary basis, I simply ask for permission to report on the work in the book I am writing (all names and details will remain anonymous).
