We support engagement and learning, in business, education and training. We inspire engagement and learning through the design and delivery of training workshops, and bespoke learning processes and activities. For example, our Communities of Practice (CoPs) Programmes inspire professional development and continuous learning, and our Immersive Learning Experiences communicate key messages to employees, customers and learners, through that Wow! factor.
While we're based just south of Cambridge, UK, we should be able to support you if you're based further afield; a lot of our work can be carried out online.

About Us
Our approach is based on the work of Dr Karl Durrant; a specialist in how people learn and develop in and outside of the workplace, education, and training.
Dr Durrant has over 20 years of industry experience developing employees (all levels), teachers/ trainers, and learners. He has held senior management roles in the corporate and private sectors, he specialises in professional development, and has worked as a qualified teacher. He led professional development and quality improvement at Europe’s largest provider of specialist construction training and education for over ten years. He also lectured at UCL Institute of Education, the world’s leading provider of teacher training, and continues to shape ATS and QTLS Status at the Society of Education & Training.
His studies, which include a first degree, teaching degree, two master’s degrees, and a professional doctorate, have all focused on learning, professional development, and sustainability in work, education, and training.
