We learn and become the people we are in Communities of Practice (CoPs).  CoPs is a powerful—but often misunderstood concept, as too many organisations confuse it with simply building a "community" or fostering general camaraderie.  CoPs are not just social groups—they are purposeful, evolving spaces where professionals come together to collaborate, challenge ideas, and grow collectively through practice.
My approach draws on my own extensive research and industry experience, showing how a deep understanding of CoPs, and the ability to nurture them, can transform professional development.  I employ this understanding in the design of:
