CoPs is a powerful—but often misunderstood concept, as too many organisations confuse it with simply building a "community" or fostering general camaraderie. CoPs are not just social groups—they are purposeful, evolving spaces where professionals come together to collaborate, challenge ideas, and grow collectively through practice.
