Where possible, I work alongside those responsible for designing professional learning, partnering to rethink and reshape practice together. This builds internal capability, so the work can continue long after I’ve stepped away.
Where working directly with others isn’t possible, I lead the design process independently, grounded in analysis and engagement with stakeholders.
